Today we did some normal pc repair for some faculty, replacing some cables and troubleshooting some of the teaching equipment. We had a small scare on the network, which was nice to see how the team reacted in such a situation. The team all worked together to fix the issue quickly and thoroughly.

Today we went over how to reset, and reinstall everything on a laptop to get it ready for students or faculty. I went through and wiped everything from the devices, and got them ready for the image that was going to be pushed to them.
