I removed all of the components and switched them over to a new motherboard, and reinstalled it all back into the original case. These devices will be minimally setup, as they are extras

This week was mostly spent tracking down laptops to update them. I also spent almost an entire day doing the mandatory training videos. Things are running pretty smooth at this point in the semester, so most of the calls/tickets we get at this point are one-off issues that are pretty easily solved.
