For the first week of my internship at WCC i have already learned some pretty valuable skills. The first few days were mostly just spent getting to know the people and the hardware, but i did also get some hands-on work in the form of resetting some laptops. I was able to observe some of the process that the IT team uses in order to solve the tickets and fix issues. The campus is fairly large and i’m still learning where everything is, though i’m starting to feel much more comfortable finding my way around.
