Today I had my instructor at BTC come over to WCC and do a review on my internship with my supervisor at WCC. I also finished setting up a laptop for a faculty member. We have been troubleshooting a tablet that has been having a hard time getting connected to the network. The desktop support team has to get together with the network administrator and make sure all the credentials for the tablet are entered into the system, and that the tablet is allowed on the network.
