10/7 Another day at the WCC Internship

Today we fixed several issues dealing with printers. The drivers on some of the devices were not working properly. With Xerox you have to “verify installable options” before the driver will work. Also had to clone a hard drive, as disk space was running out on their device. Turns out to be an issue throughout the campus, after some research we found that Windows was downloading the next update, as they are dropping service on the last build. The new download is 15GB, and was eating up a lot of disk space throughout the campus.
